| Using The Shopping Cart |
Selecting
Products
If you see something you would like to order, simply enter the quantity
of the item you want to purchase and select the "Add To My Cart" button.
However, it is not necessary to do this for each item on the page.
You may enter the quantity for several items and then click on the
"Add To My Cart" button at the bottom of the page to add all of them
at once.
If you'd like more information about the product before buying,
simply click on the "More Info" link next to the item.

Checking
Your Cart
You may check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on
the "View/Modify Cart" button at the bottom of the screen. It will
show you what you have selected for purchase and you will also have
the opportunity to change or delete items as needed. |
Check
Out
For convenience we have setup Beauty-Shopping.com to allow you
to shop at multiple stores before you check out. It
is not necessary to "Check Out" (and fill out the order form) for
each store when you add items to your cart.
When you are done shopping, just click on the "Check Out" button
at the bottom of the page and all of your purchases will be itemized
for each vendor. You will also receive an email receipt of your
order. This will include an order number referencing your purchases.

Security when your financial information is processed. When
you fill out the Order Form, the information is posted directly
to our secure server. |

Ordering
Via Mail or Fax
There are two ways to order through the Postal Mail or Fax. The
first is to go to our Blank
Printable Order Form and fill it out. The second and easiest
way is to shop normally and when your cart is full, simply choose
one of the "Off-Line Ordering" options.
By Mail: Submit the printed order form with credit card
information, check or money order payable to Beauty Needs for the total amount due, including
shipping and 8% sales tax for NY residents to:

All checks or money orders must be in US FUNDS ONLY drawn upon
a US Bank or US Postal Service. Allow 3 to 5 days for your order
to reach us and another 5-10 days for checks to clear before
we can fill your order.
By Fax:You can also make credit card purchases by Fax
using the same Blank
Printable Order Form and Faxing it to: 518-758-8056.

US
Orders
Shipments made within the U.S. are sent via the most efficient
method, usually Postal or UPS, and are generally delivered within
5-12 business days . International orders are shipped via Ground
Parcel Post unless otherwise stated.
US Shipping and handling is based on the dollar amount of your
order, according to the following table and is included in the
Final Total Cost of your order as processed. International orders
will be billed the additional charges based upon weight and
method of delivery.

International
Orders
International orders are shipped via Ground Parcel Post unless
otherwise stated. International orders will be billed the additional
charges based upon weight and method of delivery. An email message
will be sent confirming the additional shipping charges before
shipment is made.
Attention international customers:
By submitting an order you agree to pay your countries duties
and tariffs upon arrival of your package. These charges will
be added in addition to the shipping and handling costs.
Be sure you are aware of your countries policies. Cancellation
of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping
both ways.

| Returns & Exchanges |
Policy
You may return your purchase to us for an exchange or refund within
15 days of delivery. Damaged or defective products will be replaced
at no additional charge. Refunds for returned items not defective
or damaged do not include shipping costs which are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee for returned product not damaged or defective
will be deducted from the refunded amount. To arrange for an exchange
or refund, simply send us an e-mail requesting instructions on
how to proceed. |

not retained after the order refund period. |
